Davy Thomas is a new addition to Hospitality Solutions, Inc. Mr. Thomas oversees the Operations for Hospitality Solutions, Inc. were he strives to maximize revenues through revenue management, and minimize expenses with initiatives and programs in order to bolster net profit for each client. He has a passion in planning, development and new openings. Mr. Thomas is responsible for communications, Guest Satisfaction goals and benchmarks, Quality Assurance and Brand Standard Audits as well as overseeing the implementation of all brand standards for each of the brands in the Hospitality Solutions, Inc. portfolio.

Mr. Thomas has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, starting 1995 with Oaktenn, Inc., where he was an integral part of the development and opening of the Fairfield Inn by Marriott– Gatlinburg Downtown. Mr. Thomas then moved into the General Manager role and was promoted to Director of Operations, where he oversaw several properties and was instrumental in opening the Bearskin Lodge in Gatlinburg. He has been very active in the Gatlinburg Hospitality and Lodging Association where he served on the board as well as held the title of Vice President and President during his tenure. In Mr. Thomas’ 18+ years in the hospitality industry, he has managed three hotel openings—two from the early planning stages and development—as well as overseen seven renovations, including four as Marriott properties, and one conversion of a Fairfield Inn to the existing Old Creek Lodge in Gatlinburg in 2011.
