She took pictures, provided updates and reached out multiple times to every person involved administratively. She always remained professional and attended every meeting I had scheduled. Dawn was wonderful, we searched all of south Carolina and if she wasn't able to be there she always made sure we saw the property. She worked in our time frame and found the house of our dreams in 4 days. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in south Carolina. She is caring and understanding and will work with whatever you need.

Miss Dawn Lacey is great, what she does. She takes her time with her clients making sure her client is comfortable and understands the whole aspects of buying a house. She checks on her clients on a daily basis to make sure they are ok and not too anxious and overwhelmed. If I have to do it all over again I will pick her as my agent and I will recommend her to my friends who wants to buy a house i love her honesty and integrity and as said before she is great. Thank you very much you made my dream came through.

Dawn was amazing!!! Being a first time home buyer in this seller's market was a wild and crazy experience but she was able to guide me through the process and keep me sane at the same time. She had a very flexible schedule, arrived 15 minutes early to every showing, responded to every text/email within a timely manner, and she provided a little humor when I needed it most. I was able to receive a wonderful interest rate through the her preferred lender. I found my new home on September 30th and closed on October 29th. Thank you Dawn :)

Mrs. Dawn Lacey helped me tremendously! It didn't matter the time of day or night she was ALWAYS there to answer questions and help me through the process. She is simply wonderful, truthful, helpful, and just plain EXCELLENT. Even after I closed on my home she is still here to help with the things I can't understand. She is so personable and very trustworthy! She didn't rush me through looking at houses, and she listened to what I wanted and helped me get it!! Thank you Mrs. Dawn, and as always.....
