Dawn Brewer has a reputation of trust and integrity. She has over 20 years of experience serving the Houston & Dallas Area; Her Real Estate Career started after obtaining a Graduate Degree in Accounting. By the Grace of God, she has achieved tremendous success in the industry. A Multi-Million Dollar producer, Dawn consistently leads with a reputation for protecting her clients, skilled negotiations, elite marketing strategies and excellent representation.

Dawn holds the accredited CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and currently serves as the President and Chair of Education & Candidate Guidance for the Houston Gulf Coast Chapter. She is responsible for any Industrial or Retail opportunities. She is the Principal/Owner of Strongtower Commercial managing brokerage efforts, company operations and contractual matters. When not in the office, Dawn enjoys an active lifestyle running half-marathons, strength training and spending time with her daughter Desi’ & son Jordan.
