Home truly means Nevada to Dawn. She grew up in Minden/Gardnerville and she has lived in every valley in the area swam in most of the lakes and 4x4'd many of the beautiful mountains. Dawn is truly local and she can give her clients a unique perspective of all their vastly different areas cities and towns.

Dawn is truly delighted when helping folks find just the right home in just the right place. She works with both buyers and sellers sometimes they are one and the same. She has helped many families downsize as the younger generation moves out into their own new homes as well as helping families buy bigger homes as their family grows.

Dawn thoroughly understands this is one of the biggest events in most people's lives and she would love the opportunity to put her knowledge and experience to work for her clients.
