A native Washingtonian raised in Bethesda, Md, Dawn Chaikin is a real estate professional with a "client first" philosophy. Dawn uses her unparalleled experience to optimize your home buying and selling experience.

Dawn graduated from the University of Maryland with a B. A. in Advertising and Marketing. After graduating she started "Complete Marketing" a company which offered marketing expertise to new home builders and to home improvement companies with her publications distributed by and in the Washington Post, "Money Saving Ideas For Your Home™" & "Everything The Property Manager Should Know™"on a wide variety of real estate, home improvement, and property management topics.

In the 80s Dawn worked as Director of Marketing/Advertising for NV Homes, a new homes builder with $3 billion in annual sales at the time. Dawn was also co-owner of The Window Place/Renewal By Andersen Windows, for over 20 years. A licensed home improvement contractor.

A licensed Realtor since 1987 and a real estate investor herself, Dawn is proud to be affiliated with Long & Foster’s leading office, Bethesda Gateway, which has sold over $13 Billion and 22,000 homes since 2005.
