Dawn was wonderful! She was incredibly helpful to my wife and I throughout the buying process. We're new to Sea Cliff and she shared a ton of local knowledge. She either knew the answer to any questions we had or would work hard to find it out for us. Dawn helped us get into the house to meet with contractors ahead of the closing and she even checked in on the property after a recent storm. Additionally, she gave us a lot of referrals for contractors, inspectors, designers, architects, etc.

We would highly recommend working with Dawn. We had the good fortune to get paired up with her through Zillow months before we were ready to buy. Throughout the process, she applied little pressure while still letting us know what was new or coming to the market. She was wonderful with helping us tour homes but once we found the house, that's when she really shined. Thank you, Dawn!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to now that we're about to move into our incredible new home, secured with the support and guidance of Dawn Costello. To say that Dawn went above and beyond for us would be an understatement. We are first-time home buyers, so we were totally in the dark about so many things going into this process. Early on, Dawn was beyond patient with me in carefully addressing all of the hundred questions that I had. And when we found the home we loved, she guided us through the entire process - from offer through to closing. Every step of the way, it was evident that she genuinely cared about my family and was invested in making sure this process went extremely well for us. There were so many times Dawn went out of her way and took that extra step to help us out, I've honestly lost count. If you are looking for an absolutely first-rate real estate professional - someone who truly knows the market, with incredible work ethic, and a warm, genuine character - then you'll be so, so glad you decided to work with Dawn Costello.

Dawn is a true professional and was very easy to work with. She has a very pleasant and calm personality and wasn’t at all pushy. She is truly hardworking and diligent with great attention to detail. She took great care of searching for home that would satisfy our requirements, all appointments scheduling, helped us navigate through unfamiliar neighborhoods and educated us about what each area is able to offer. She also visited the properties we weren’t able to see and sent us videos. Dawn was very responsive and super patient with us while we were searching for our new home. She came up with very creative ideas during the process. It was really enjoyable experience to work with Dawn and we are forever thankful to her for helping us find our perfect home. I wholeheartedly and without any hesitation recommend her to anyone searching for home.

Dawn could not have been more committed or supportive and we credit her entirely for helping us find our dream home. My partner and I were house hunting in the COVID era so dawn patiently helped us organize tours virtually and thoroughly understood what we were looking for which made her an excellent advocate for us. Once we decided to make an offer she made herself available for any questions we had and shared frequent updates. From start to finish, Dawn was a true professional and I will only be working with/recommending her for any real estate needs going forward.

Dawn is fantastic to work with! She brings humor, kindness, and an eye for details to her work in real estate. In searching for an apartment, she served as our biggest advocate - asking questions about properties when we forgot to, and even telling us transparently when she thought a home might not be a good fit for our needs. Dawn is clear and quick with her communications, which is essential to this work. And she has *loads* of great local recommendations!!

Dawn was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process- from showing different houses, to comparing the positives and negatives of each, and to conducting “comps” to see what prices were fair for the area. In addition, Dawn offered many other suggestions for next steps, including a timeline of when to meet with different parties (real estate lawyer,’inspector, etc) and she helped point us in the right direction with many recommendations. Highly recommend Dawn!
