I have nothing but great things to say about Dawn. She is the best realtor in Connecticut. Dawn is patient and only looks out for her client’s best interest. My husband and I worked with Dawn for years. We now live in a beautiful home thanks to her. I bought our house sight unseen after my husband and her toured it because I knew if she had great things to say about the house that we should buy it. She works long hours and wrote up many offers for us in a tough sellers market. She is very knowledgeable and was such a pleasure to work with. She is also very professional and I would hire her again someday if we ever decide to move. I also recommend her to any of my friends looking to buy a house. Hire Dawn if you want to enjoy your home buying experience!

For anyone looking for one of the best real estate agents in CT, I highly recommend Dawn D’Auria. A close friend recommended Dawn to me when I was ready to sell my condo in Wallingford back in 2020. My friend and her family had used Dawn for their buying and selling needs throughout the years and she assured me I was going to be in good hands. Immediately, I was impressed by Dawn’s superior knowledge of the market, the market trends, and her integrity. Dawn fully prepared me for the selling process and was readily available day or night to answer any questions I had along the way. She put me at ease with her honest and straightforward approach. Following the sale of my condo, I used Dawn again in 2023 when I was ready to purchase my dream home. Again, Dawn’s strategic negotiations, experience, and knowledge helped me get everything I wanted for the right price. Dawn’s excellent communication skills helped make my selling and buying process go as seamless possible.

Dawn is the BEST realtor ever! We are so happy that she was recommended to us by a friend that we’ve recommended her to all of our home-buying and non-home-buying friends. With over 30 years of experience, she has strong negotiating abilities complemented by a network of connections. She’s very logical and orderly which is exactly what you want in the complicated process of buying a home. Throughout the process, she listened to what we were looking for and understood that well enough to quickly narrow down our search to a few high potential and realistic options. We’re eternally grateful for her knowledge, help, and friendship. She made the process easy and stress free! Right from the beginning we connected and we wouldn’t want anyone else to help us buy a house.

Our interaction with Dawn is much higher than just a 5-star experience! She is spectacular and always goes above and beyond your expectations. She helped us sell our home in Wallingford and buy our first investment property with ease and now she is helping us find our next dream home. Dawn’s service is extremely personable, professional, and enjoyable. She has all the knowledge, experience, and character that you would want your real estate agent to possess. She has the best connections, from qualified home inspectors, to experienced attorneys and mortgage underwriters, just ask when you need it and of course, I never felt pressured to use anyone or purchase any service she recommends but always feels good when you are presented the best options. As a buyer and seller, I am constantly learning from Dawn about this volatile market, home maintenance and protections, legal advice, best and worst scenarios mindset and much more.
