Dawn Dziezynski is a delightful and competent Realtor! My husband, daughter and I worked with her on the purchase and sale of two properties. She sold the first property within 7 days of listing- after the first open house. She negotiated several offers for a final sale price that was higher than the asking price. For the purchased property, she efficiently identified several properties that met our geographic and financial guidelines. She visited the properties initially with my daughter and later with me. Throughout the process, she communicated with all of us in a relevant and timely manner. We were very happy with her negotiations for the price and the terms of the purchased property. If you're looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond to get the job done, Dawn is the one for you. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and will be brutally honest with you during the entire process. Whether you're selling or buying, she knows her stuff. Dawn made herself available 24/7, which was very necessary given the hours my spouse and I work. She was always responsive to our needs, and happy to provide answers to any questions we had. Dawn made our home buying experience a stress free and enjoyable one. She was always available to answer any questions we had whether, it be through a phone call, text message, or email. Anytime we had questions she was very quick to respond. She did a great job of recommending homes for us to view based on our wishlist, was very responsive to changes we made to our wishlist throughout the process, and quick to offer new homes to view based on those changes. I've heard plenty of bad experiences from friends and family who have purchased a home for the first time, but thankfully we didn't experience any of that during our home buying experience with Dawn. She had a very good knowledge of the market and what to offer for the home we wanted based on her projected market value of the home. She recommended making an offer at less than the asking price, for what she thought the value of the home was. And after the appraisal came back, it was exactly what her projected market value was. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the market. We really felt like Dawn wanted us to find the right home for us in our price range, and was willing to keep at it until we found it. We worked with Dawn to purchase a house in November 2014. She was very responsive and professional throughout the whole experience and made what could have been a very stressful process easy and enjoyable.
