Dawn Evans

Dawn is originally from New Jersey. In 1999, she came to Bloomington to attend the Indiana University School of Music. While attending school, She fell in love with her husband and the Bloomington community. Upon graduating, they chose to stay and make this town our home. She established a private piano studio, specializing in teaching children. Her business was successful, but after fifteen years, it was time to make a change due to the evolving needs of her family. Real estate has always been a love of mine, so when the time came to make a change, she knew what she wanted to do. Why would a classically trained pianist, pedagogue, and businesswoman make an excellent Realtor? They have a passion for attention to detail. She honed her listening skills to carefully address the individual needs of others. She thrives on problem solving! Her commitment to education ensures that she will keep up to date with the most current trends and changes in the industry. It is her continuing goal to support the community by providing value through her services. She will always do the utmost to meet the needs of her clients. Her heart lies with her home and family. She loves to volunteer at her children’s schools, Rogers Elementary and St. Mark’s Nursery School. Dawn also loves to practice piano with her daughter and accompany her when she plays violin at the IU String Academy. In addition to spending time with her children, Dawn and her husband enjoy taking ballroom dance lessons through Bloomington Parks and Recreation. You can also find her enjoying Zumba classes in town, especially at the YMCA.
