My husband and I had Dawn’s help during an out-of-state move. She made everything so easy for us. From virtual showings to educating us on Maryland rules and procedures we were unfamiliar with, she had us covered. Being new to the area, she was an invaluable resource on the different locations we were looking at. Her friendly nature and amazing personality made us feel at ease and comfortable knowing she was in our corner. We’ve already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

She took me in like I was family, I had a realtor before her and he was the worst! I texted Dawn and that very night she called me and we just hit it off! I was in contact with her for the rest of that week and that very weekend we visited 7 houses! She’s fast, friendly, and really cares about the house she puts you in, never tries to pull a fast one on you! I love you girl!

Dawn came highly recommended as an amazing realtor and she did not disappoint. She helped me find my first home, walked me through every step of the process, and was always there to answer any and all questions. So when it came time to sell my house years later, I knew exactly who to call. Again, she made the process so simple and stress free. In addition to her vast knowledge on real estate, she is extremely professional and personable. I was, and still am, sad that I had to move away and have yet to find another realtor like Dawn. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

We’re Veterans that moved from another state and Dawn made the adjustments so that it was so easy to depend on her when I came to property showings and contact between us and the seller. She helped paint the picture of the property to its entirety successfully just through FaceTime and telephone/ email contact. She was both professional and realistic. She made amazing recommendations for a title company and made accommodations to us whenever we did arrive in Maryland. 10 out of 10 Dawn Friend is your Friend in Real-estate.

I couldn’t recommend Dawn enough! We told her our budget, and what we wanted, she went out of her way to find it for us! She went out of her way to show us virtual showings when we requested, even when it was a lengthy drive and on weekends! Not to mention if Dawn couldn’t get to a showing/tour, she would send her husband to help, great customer service! She also listened to all of our concerns and her communication was always quick and professional! We love our new home Dawn found us! If you’re looking for a realtor, she’s the one! I love love that she loves working with families and veterans, it’s very welcoming.

Wow, what can I say? Dawn is AMAZING! Anytime day or night she was a phone call or a txt away. She was very honest, doesn't sugar coat anything and gives realty checks when needed. Buying and selling... well you don't always see the ugly... your eyes are blinded to a bad house because you want your next house now. Well, she sees it. Might break your heart, but who wants to buy a money pit. She saves you from those disasters. She had my house sold before the sign went up. Spent hours talking me through everything. Another realtor told me I couldn't sell.. it wasn't the right time. We sold, over asking and found my dream home. She even takes care of you after the transaction too. Her name is the real deal.. lifelong friend now.

Dawn was recommended to us from a friend of my husband's. She came in and gave us advice on what to do to fix the house up to sell. She lined us up with somebody reasonable to work on some things to get the house to pass inspection. We didn't have to pay him until settlement. She negotiated for us when we found a buyer. At the time the house sold we were so nervous because the housing market was not selling houses very quickly. She was upfront and said I will try my best but most houses are selling for m 30 to 60 days. We took all of her advice on how to show the house and we had a contract for full price in just 5 days!!!! My husband had drs appointments she went to the house and baby sat our two dogs when the house was being shown if we were not home. This past year we lost one of them and she mailed us a wind chime and told us how sorry she was to hear we lost one of our dogs. She went above and beyond and we would recommend her to anyone!!!

We were relocating and we contacted Dawn to list our home. She was amazing. She listed our house for a competitive price for our neighborhood and she kept us informed every step of the way. She worked with contacts to help with certain inspections. She arranged for us to close early on our end because we had to leave before scheduled closing date. I could not be more pleased, our home sold for asking price in less than a month. She is amazing and if you are planning to list your home - She is the one to call! Dawn was super helpful when we were buying a house near Baltimore. We were moving from out of state, and she made sure to have time for me any time I could be in town to house hunt. She must have shown me over 60 houses and patiently answered all my questions. I dragged her all over 3 counties and she never complained!

She responded quickly every time I called or messaged her, and she was always willing to fit us into her schedule. She really knew the area and the local markets, and she knew how to negotiate to get us the house we wanted. I would highly recommend her!
