Dawn Gilliam

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Dawn Gilliam has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market. The North Carolina Broker and South Carolina Realtor is originally from Nebraska but has lived on the East Coast since she was 18. She moved to Charlotte with her family – husband and three children.

From first time homebuyers to short sales, Dawn enjoys listening to and understanding her clients’ needs and working all types of real estate transactions. She helps her clients navigate through the negotiation process to the final closing. Her market knowledge and experience, as well as her own personal experience buying and selling homes in different markets, benefits her clients in fulfilling their homeownership dreams. Her memberships include the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
