Dawn Howe

Right out of college, Dawn moved to Crested Butte and discovered a mountain oasis. She has now lived in the valley for 29 years, married the love of her life, raised two kids, and built a thriving business.

Dawn is passionate about her community and loves the Crested Butte lifestyle. When not working, Dawn is out on the trails or on the mountain skiing. An avid traveler, Dawn also runs the Rotary Youth Exchange Program, helping high school students live abroad and understanding the value that can be learned from travel. The genuine connections Dawn builds with her friends, team members, and clients, create long-lasting relationships. Never too busy to hear a story or for a friend in need, she is relied upon and trusted.

Being a real estate agent in what many call “the last great ski town” Dawn aspires to help her clients experience the lifestyle and community she has fallen in love with. During her time in the valley, Dawn has represented over 300 buyers and sellers in purchasing or selling their homes. Her extensive knowledge of the valley helps her make educated decisions regarding the most important moments of buying or selling. The door is always open to the cozy cabin off Elk Avenue that The Howe Group calls home.
