Dawn is a true professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of on all fronts, especially being a first time buyers. We had tonnes of questions and requests, but she always had/made time for us. In addition to that, she surely has the knowledge, experience, and contacts needed to get the job done. Because of this, we were able to close and enjoy our new home in record time, especially considering the current state of the market. Don't get me wrong, the process wasn't all roses and sunshine lol, but Dawn worked through all the hurdles as they popped up with grace and ice in her veins ;) She is a RealEstate BOSS and set the bar very high.
