Dawn Landis

Being raised in a military family, Dawn was given the opportunity to move a few times during my childhood. Eventually they landed in Texas, where she met her husband Jon on a blind date when they were in high school. They married eight years later and moved to Pittsburgh two years after that for Jon's residency in emergency medicine.

They moved here thinking that they would only be here for the duration of his residency, but it wasn't long before they fell in love with Pittsburgh! They ended up buying their first home within a year of having arrived in the area and decided to put down some roots.

Right away they realized that Pittsburgh and the surrounding region has so much to offer! Despite being so far away from any family, they knew that Pittsburgh would be the perfect place to raise a family, and it has been. Together they have raised three sons and all three are proud to be from the 'burgh!
