Dawn Lee earned her Real Estate License in 1985. Since then, she has worked with some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Dawn has been investing in the local real estate market since 1988, and has bought and sold over 30 of her own houses. A longtime resident of Virginia Beach, Dawn sells residential and commercial properties in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News.

Dawn believes that education is paramount to success, graduating from Old Dominion University with a Business degree in 2003, as well as completing intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. Her constant dedication to service and work ethic has earned her many awards throughout the years. Dawn has had the honor of receiving agent awards from EXIT as well as numerous customer service and management awards in her past career with the Woolworth and Kinney Shoe Corporations.

Dawn is a member in good standing of the HRRA, Hampton Roads Real Estate, VAR, Virginia Association of Realtors and the NAR, National Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service. Dawn helps the community by donating to the local "FOR KIDS" charity and Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated $2.25+ Million to the Habitat charity building more than 15 homes. As a military Navy spouse for over 11 years Dawn understands the stresses involved in the buying, selling and relocation process and strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients. Having been born in London England, and raised in Baltimore, she also has lived in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and has resided in Virginia Beach since 1988.
