From duplexes and condominiums to single-family ranch-style homes and beach cottages, Chic’s Beach has a wide variety of housing stock that ranges from around $400,000 to $3 million. In addition to the Chesapeake Bay, beachgoers can also enjoy myriad water activities by Lake Joyce, Lake Bradford and Chub Lake, and the Bayville Golf Club is right by Pleasure House Creek for golfing enthusiasts.
