Katie did an amazing job over the last few weeks preparing my house to sell, giving me staging pointers, and putting in time to sell my house fast. we recently move to Holmen from Arizona and the thought of buying a house without ever setting foot inside was not the ideal way to buy a house. But Dawn and her team were absolutely integral in making our move across the country as smooth as possible. Dawn went above and beyond to do the leg work, identify houses that met our criteria, then schedule times to do video walkthroughs with us, and guide us towards marking the strongest offer based on current market conditions. She genuinely listened to our needs and helped us find a house that despite having never seen, felt immediately like home when first set foot inside. Dawn was fantastic for us. She helped us find a home despite: 1) the COVID situation happening, 2) Being in PA and looking for a home in WI, and 3) my fiancee and I being first time home buyers. She was responsive to any question we had with promptness and honesty. She also has a ton of great connections in the La Crosse area that helped the process. She provided us names of electricians, roofers, inspectors, etc. We even spent part of the time going over hairdressers and the best restaurants around because she is well informed about the area. The Dawn Levandoski Team is packed with high class and experience. I needed a new realtor in "a pinch" and met with multiple. Dawn floored me with her preparation for our meeting and her professionalism. We were able to sell quickly, near our desired sale price **between Thanksgiving and Christmas**. Dawn is current on all real estate laws pertaining to home sale contingencies, VA loans, etc. She was even able to give me advice for our home purchase, although she wasn't my agent (not using Dawn to purchase our new home was a huge mistake).
