Dawn has over thirty years’ experience in the Northern Illinois real estate market. She began her real estate career working from the administrative end. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in economics and accounting. In her early career she worked for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Newell Rubbermaid. In the early 90s she started a kitchen and bath company with her husband. They grew the company to annual revenues of 2.5 million before selling in 2007 and returning to full-time real estate. She has a unique view of the market with personal experience from housing rehabs to investments to owner-occupied.
