Dawn is great! She made the entire buying experience easy for me and my husband. She represented both, buyers (us) and sellers, and went above and beyond to make sure both parties were satisfied and treated fairly. We've worked with many realtors in the past and Dawn was the only one who was ethical, professional and genuinely cared about her clients. After so many horrible experiences with other realtors, we feel very lucky to have worked with Dawn. Would highly recommend.

She showed me a home I liked and I put an offer in that day. It was the first home she showed me and I GOT THE HOUSE! She made my offer look great to the buyer and helped close the deal.
