Judy and Dawn were full-on with the sale of our apartment. This process was seamless: we sold our apartment at the best possible price and in record time. Because of their professional connections, we got an offer the day the apartment was listed, which we accepted. The staging was non-invasive and we only showed the apartment for back-up. They gave us easy, realistic advice for decluttering, and useable recommendations throughout the process. Dawn and Judy took the time to know our building and were always professional and insightful. It was a true pleasure working with Judy and Dawn to purchase our first home. They were extremely fast and responsive: whenever we were interested in seeing an apartment, they booked us a viewing immediately, often the same day. At showings, they knew what to ask and the hidden things to look for that we never would have thought of. We came into this process knowing little, and their knowledge and expertise made everything very easy, and made us comfortable with this big decision. As a first time home buyer, Judy and Dawn were so patient and walked my husband and I through the process, timeline and overall what to expect. We were constantly sent inventory within our search perimeters and budget, until we found the one. Judy and Dawn are truly a dream team! It was my first time selling and they were patient with my questions and very knowledgeable about the market. I remember my mouth dropped when they first suggested a listing price and sure enough they delivered! At one point we received an offer that we believed was satisfactory and wanted to move forward, but they knew we could do better and we did!
