Dawn was perfection. She guided us through difficult negotiations, giving us all the support we needed to get the right house at the right price. Shopping for a home in this market was no picnic and we are so grateful to have had someone we could trust and rely on for expert advice. Ever Since we started working with Dawn we have had such an amazing experience. From day one she was always there for us. She is quick and responsive. After the first few houses we viewed she knew what we were looking for and what are taste was. She always worked around our schedule to help us go and look at these homes. The process with her was an easy breeze and even though we faced many bumps down the road, she was always there holding our hand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE who’s looking to purchase a home as well. She’s an incredible lady and I’m so thankful for everything she’s done for us !!!

Dawn has helped us personally and for business.
She made buying our home in 2019 a BREEZE! Honest, reliable, helpful and all around a great person, she helped us through one of the biggest purchases of our lives.
Just recently, we asked Dawn to help us find a property for our business and she did just that. Closing was quick and easy, as expected!
We will never choose another agent for any of our home/property purchases!

Dawn is not only a realtor who only sees the dollar sign but her service was excellent. I recalled while Dawn was helping me and my family to find a house.; there was a few times, we could not attend an open house, Dawn actually attended and did a virtual showing with me over Skype and I was able to make an offer on the house. I did appreciate her effort because one day the weather was very bad with heavy rain and high wind but Dawn made herself available and drove to the open house. I commended Dawn on her professionalism and the dedication plus the patient she has through the whole process with a client during house hunting.

We came across Dawn while calling on another home she was selling. Unfortunately that home was already under contract, but fortunately for me, Dawn was available to be my realtor! Dawn quickly pointed me in the direction of a gorgeous home, making this home our first viewing and our last.
