Dawn Venit

Dawn works with a diverse clientele from first time buyers to seasoned sellers, buyers and investors. With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated and passionate about helping her clients with their real estate needs. Although she has sold homes in Hinsdale and the North Shore, she specializes in the city's neighborhoods of the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, River West, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Town, Logan Square, West Loop, South Loop, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood and Edgewater.

Dawn continues a very successful real estate career and has been honored by achieving designations which include the Chairman's Club Award, Vice Presidents Club, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Top Producer designation for 2022.

Dawn is a fourth generation Chicagoan and graduated from The University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana). Prior to real estate, she worked in television production. She resides in the Gold Coast neighborhood and is a member of her condo board. In her free time, she loves being with her family and friends and spends a lot of time cooking and trying new restaurants.
