Dawn Wagner

Dawn Wagner is a North Carolina Realtor based in Oak Island who blends a rich hospitality background with a deep love for the coast and helping people feel truly at home. She grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University. After ten years in hotel and resort management on the West Coast, she followed her heart back to North Carolina to be closer to family. She later owned and operated successful businesses before making the leap into real estate.

Dawn proudly assists buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Oak Island, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, Leland, all of Brunswick County, and Wilmington. Whether clients are chasing a beach retreat, a primary home, or a smart investment, she brings strategy, local insight, and steady guidance to every move.
