I had a flawless experience with Dawn, not only is she very professional she is also a great person with an outgoing personality who is easy to trust. I came to dawn with certain parameters for a rental space with an very short 2 week time frame. We spoke on the phone and she asked me a bunch of questions about what I'm looking for, my lifestyle, information about my girl friend and her interests and took note of any specific attributes I was looking for. Her turn around time was impressive, she responded to me within hours with a list of rentals she thought would fit best for me and my girlfriend and in a matter of a day or two we were on the road visiting each location. The greatest asset Dawn brings to the table is her honesty and work ethic, I truly felt she was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to make a sale. She explained each rental in detail during the walk through and highlighted the positives of the space while at the same time not avoiding to inform me of any potential negatives that may conflict with what I was looking for. She was by no means pushy and was willing to visit as many rentals as many times until we felt comfortable and confident in making a decision. Since this was my first time renting on my own she was instrumental in guiding me through the process, she helped us with negotiating the rent amount, the paperwork, obtaining credit scores, as well as some of the special requests the landlord asked of us such as a written description of myself and my girlfriends personal backgrounds, work experience, ect. We still live in the rental coming up on 3 years soon. It has been an enjoyable experience and we have Dawn to thank for that. I refer her services to friends and family all the time and when we are ready to make a move we will without a doubt turn to Dawn for yet another flawless experience.

Words can not describe the masterful service that Dawn provided to me. In early 2014 I had finally moved out of my families house and began to look for my own apartment. I was not familiar with the rental market nor the area too well and without Dawn I am not sure where I would have wound up living. She recently sold my primary residence for me in Manhasset, NY and made my cross country move to California effortless.
