Dawna saved my rental. I was about to discount it because I wasn't sure how else to get more people interested. I called Dawna and she met me at my rental the very next day, took amazing pictures and listed it that afternoon. The next days multiple showings were set up and within a week she found the perfect tenants. I was keep informed about all prospective tenants and everything going on throughout the process. She even offers to help with keeping an eye on the place when I wasn't able to and helping with any other small tasks. The signing of lease was handled by her and done all electronically. She took the security deposit and gave the keys to the new tenants. I couldn't have imagined a better experience and she will be the agent on the property the next time I need tenants. Thanks Dawna!

Dawna Banks is an amazing realtor! She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the right home, even in a competitive market. She was always quick to respond to our questions and guide us through the process. We never felt like we were a bother and always knew we could count on her. Dawna always looked out for our best interests, even when it meant extra work for her. She was never pushy or impatient, and always took the time to explain things and make sure we understood everything. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We met Dawna and Bob at an open house without any stipulations or recommendations. It was just an open house while we were on our first day searching for a home without a realtor. From there, I could write a page in thank yous for Dawna and her team but here’s a few bullet points of what she did for us.

-Placing this as the first because it is literally above and beyond her job title; we drove from Ohio to New Hampshire for the inspection on the home we had purchased with the expectation of paying for a months storage somewhere for our car. When we told Dawna of this plan, she wouldn’t have it and offered to take the car to her home for us. Dawna personally parked the car in her garage, washed it, and took care of it for over a month until we actually moved in to our new home.

-24/7 response time. Seriously. I don’t think a text or email ever went 30 minutes without a response and most were immediate.

-The most personable realtor we have ever used, and we always felt like she supported our decision or opinion. We actually felt like she had our best interests at heart for anything we were uncomfortable with. She will fight tooth and nail to ensure your interests are met and preserved.

-Being a military family she gave us an unexpected credit at closing. Even in a situation to where the greedy realtor on the selling side only gave 2% as she received 4%. While not everyone may get that, it just shows she’s not actually just in it for the money.

-It’s not just Dawna you’re getting. Her husband’s (Bob) insight is just as valuable. After two unsuccessful visits searching for our home flying or driving from Ohio to New Hampshire, we asked to FaceTime some viewings which Dawna agreed to. Both her and Bob made us feel like we were actually there and have great feedback and honest advice to help us choose our home. Then at closing Scott stepped in and helped us with a few issues. Again, it actually felt like they all wanted to help us and we were not a burden.

-In such a competitive market, post Covid, Dawna advised we write a personal letter which may have been key to us getting the home over other offers. I won’t go into details, but we were beat out on a few houses. The house we purchased actually had a higher offer but ours was chosen.

These are just a few things, but by far she is the most compassionate and personable realtor we have ever worked with. She has our trust and friendship as well as our thanks!

Scott Vaillancourt was nothing short of amazing; we were very lucky that he was the on-the-spot agent who responded when we saw a house on Zillow in NH we wanted to see.

I don't want to go into details here, but Scott (a) was instrumental in making our deal happen (b) also managed to find our seller a home, which satisfied a critical contingency, and (c) gave us great referrals to agents--that he first interviewed--in our area.

His effort let us land a fantastic lakefront property at a fair (market) price, w/out having to compete against other offers in a crazy/tight market; and he found us an agent that sold our house in a week, with 9 offers, for 5 % above list.

We wholeheartedly recommend Scott without reservations.

Dawna was a dream from the start! She goes above and beyond what most agents will do. Digging to find any and all information- often times she knew more than the listing agents and sellers knew. It was a rough market, and we kept Dawna busy nearly every weekend for months and months, she was always eager to come along and help. She knew what we were looking for and was in touch daily. Dawna Banks, from Foundation Realty was referred to me by a friend of a friend. From the moment we started speaking I knew she was a veteran in the business and decided to sell multiple properties I had acquired over the years with Dawna as my agent. As I write this review, I can say all properties sold at above asking price and I didn't have to do anything but show up at closing. One of the many things I like about Dawna is she is able to communicate!! I have heard so many negative stories about buyers/sellers not hearing from their agent and them wondering what is going on. Did not happen to me once!! That made the wife happy also which is a bonus. We turned it all over to Dawna and she took care of the rest.....easy peasy. Am currently looking to buy a multi family with her and, so far, that process has been great. Will schedule showings, show up on time, any time any where. So far so awesome....

She helped out so much in finding our new home...we were selling and buying..she handled both so professionally....she is with you every step of the way...we had problems with the realtor and family who were selling the home we just bought..they said they would fix things and to this day would not be fixed if,Dawna didn't get on them to fix them..when, you hire Dawna Banks of Foundation Realty...you do not have to worry about anything...she handles everything and has her clients backs on everything..I mean everything...not only is she professionally working but, you will learn to consider her a friend...we have....and she is now working with our son and his family to find them a home!!! Last year we started the process of selling our home and having a new one built. Our home sold in one day but the new house was a long journey and not without several major issues. Dawna Banks of Foundation Realty Group was very professional and covid cautious when we sold our property. She was there for us during every meeting with our builder. She documented all of the decisions that were made and she was quick to point out several items before they became issues. We got through some trying situations with her help.
