Dawna is hard-working, dedicated, and honest. She has a down to earth friendliness that puts you at ease the first time you meet her. And get this...she ALWAYS answers and/or returns phone calls and texts!

Dawna's knowledge of the market was evident from the start. She told us the price and time range we could expect, and had several ideas on how to market it… from photographing, videoing, and listing the property on MLS, Zillow, Facebook, and more, to emailing several of her contacts. We had a buyer within a month!
