First meeting, you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to know you, along with what are your needs vs what can be obtained within budget and area.

Exceptional communication, approachable and fun personality, and her authentic kindness made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Told me what needed be done, when it needed to be done by, and ALWAYS asked how I was personally doing and how my daughter's week was going.

A few hiccups with the seller and Dawne took the stress and communication upon herself and a worry I did not have to take on due to knowing she had it handled, ended up with the house under terms we wanted!

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Dawne Klemke! As an active duty service member stationed in South Korea, I was really nervous about trying to buy a home from overseas. Dawne made the entire process way easier than I ever expected. She was constantly in touch, checked out homes for me, sent detailed videos, and even coordinated everything down to the smallest detail so I wouldn’t miss a thing. She truly had my back the whole way through and I could tell she genuinely cared. There’s no way I could’ve pulled this off without her. When separating from the Navy I was looking into buying a home for my family and Dawne was diligent in sending us homes almost daily to look at for months without fail that included all of our requests. She pays attention to detail, is extremely responsive and personable. She eased our mind during a very stressful time. When we in the end decided actually to go with a rental property. She did not hesitate in continuing to work with us as newbies to the process and was patient when our plans changed multiple times over the last few months. She found us a rental and viewed quite a few homes for us within 24 hours of us showing interest, rental homes at that, while we were states away. While we directly worked with our leasing agent to get our rental, she went out of her way to talk with them also, to ensure we were prepared to sign and had everything we needed.

With plans to buy a home in the future, I will most definitely call on Dawne and Dawne alone. She is honest, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and knows the Phoenix area well.

I'm so pleased that I visited the Veteran's United Realty website, because it connected me with Dawne Klemke.

Very shortly after logging into the VUR website, Dawne contacted me and set about arranging tours of properties that checked the boxes on our "must have" list.

Our first tour day included, at least, 6 properties in the Scottsdale area. Dawne patiently showed condo after condo, despite the occasional challenges of finding lock boxes and keys at large condo complexes.

Several days later, we had our second tour day viewing condos in downtown Phoenix. That's when it happened...we found the condo that checked all the boxes. When we asked to view the condo a second and third time, Dawne gladly made arrangements for us to see it. She also attended inspections with us.

On closing day, a Friday, we were getting worried that the county recorder would not record the transaction until the following week. During the waiting game, Dawne offered reassurance that everything would be OK.

Fortunately, the transaction was recorded in a timely manner. Dawne brought the keys to us, along with a few thoughtful house-warming gifts, including a gift for our hound-mix, Bella.

This was our first foray into the Arizona real estate market. Dawne's experience and knowledge kept us at ease through the entire process.
