She is very thorough, knowledgeable, has an awesome network to make the madness of buying a property seem minimal. As a first time home-buyer I was extremely anxious about finding a home in the current market, especially since my price range was 200K-250k. After speaking to Dayhna I instantly felt better. She discussed her strategy for being successful in a tough market. I told her my must haves and she came up with a game plan to increase my chances of getting a home. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhood I wanted to live in and understood it’s complexities. I found a house within a week of my search and I’m convinced it’s because she listened to my requests and had a good understanding of the neighborhood. After letting Dayhna know I wanted the house she quickly put together an offer packet that was competitive and my first offer was accepted within hours!
Her business relationships made it easy for me to quickly get a home inspection and start working on a mortgage.

I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home and so grateful to have had her as my realtor for my first home!

Dayhna not only knows real estate, she understands people and truly understands that selling/buying a home is a huge undertaking both financially and emotionally.

She orchestrates through the tricky nuances of all of the confusing ups, downs, and to-dos while simultaneously holding your hand and happily explaining every step to make sure that you understand fully what is happening.

Dayhna Carroll is awesome! It had to through four agents over 10 years to eventually stumble upon Dayhna. Dayhna sold my home in THREE months because she knew what she was doing!
