Dean brings extensive personal experience in owning, rehabbing and selling duplex/apartment buildings in the greater Sacramento, CA markets over the last 25 years. Dean's experience enables him to find, market and view the financial operation of investment properties. Dean specializes in assisting his clients with tax deferred Starker 1031 exchanges and his relationships with professionals in the industry enable him to consistently locate new opportunities for his loyal client base. Awarded as a Regional Top Producer, Dean also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Dean has been a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate, ACRE, is affiliated with the Sacramento Area Commerce Trade Organization, SACTO, and is an member of The Rental Housing Association.
