Dean Bateman

I specialize in vacation rental real estate in Florida, both in the Orlando and Anna Maria Island area. I purchased my first vacation rental in Kissimmee in 2005. This was when I started my journey in vacation rental marketing. Since then I have purchased, furnished and sold numerous vacation rental properties. In 2011 I then moved into vacation rental management, where I have worked with many hundreds of vacation rental properties and homeowners, serving tens of thousands of guests visiting Florida.

In 2021 I closed on a property in the beautiful Anna Maria Island and have since become familiar with vacation rentals in that area too. From these many years of experience in the industry I have a lot of insight into what makes a successful property and wish to share this knowledge. In 2017 I completed my real estate license to become a Realtor.
