I recently purchased a new home with Dean as my sales agent at the risk of not having sold/leased my previous home. Dean helped make the purchase of my new home smooth, and he rushed with every effort to get my previous home sold or leased because of my need to avoid double mortgage payments! His efforts were obvious. He held several open houses and advertised on almost every real estate site there is. He successfully got my old house leased. I was in New York almost 3 years ago looking for my first home to purchase. I knew nothing about purchasing a home. I went to one of Dean's open houses and got a card when my husband and I came to check out Phoenix area for the first time. When I returned to NY I called Dean and it was like speaking to a friend. Need to buy a house? Call Dean. He'll find your dream home. Need to sell your house? Call Dean. He can be very creative. We wanted to buy a house in an area where Dean and his yellow signs get the job done time after time. So we set up an appointment to see a home, then set another appointment to discuss the process and look at the home again. Dean met us at another house in that same area and it changed everything. It was the house of my dreams that I did not know about. With that done we still needed to sell our old home. Dean came up with a very creative idea that both the owners of the house we were buying and we liked. My wife and I were looking for a house almost a year ago and a friend recommended Dean to be one of the best real estate agents in Phoenix. After our first visit at his office we knew immediately that he is going to be our agent as well. He explained everything that there is to know about a house purchase and showed us about 15 houses until we've made our decision. He was very flexible with his time and worked around our schedule. When we decided which house we wanted he negotiated the price A LOT ( got a $20k discount on a $240k house) and we are still grateful for that. His contact with the mortgage expert was also professional and helpful in such a manner that we moved into the new house 2 weeks after we filed the paperwork. After we moved in he checked that everything was alright so the whole process was by the book. I am 100% sure that when the time comes for our second home we will work with Dean again.
