I can't express how grateful I am to Dean Bright for his assistance in finding my home. He is a man of faith, and a man of his word. Detail oriented and very thorough is a good way to describe his approach to helping his clients. The personal touch that he had from showing up to closing to being there for inspections to helping on my move in day. Clearly I would recommend Dean's services to anyone!

I was a real estate broker myself in the mid 70’s through mid 80’s, and when we found Dean, it was clear to me that he had the most essential quality to be successful in real estate, that being his focus & priorities revolved around caring about his clients without regard to his commission. He treated us like family, without a hint of pretension, and his advice at every step was exceptional. We bought a house, moved into it and sold our previous home in only 90 days. There were unforeseen and rare events that happened which I had in my experience seen to be insurmountable, yet Dean went to bat for us at every curve in the road, solving the problems with creative problem solving, and the end result was that we were offered $50K more than our asking price. He knew from the beginning which improvements to our house would give us the greatest return . The house was listed on a Friday, the Open House was the next Sunday and by Monday we had a a spectacular offer. I can’t imagine a better experience and we are so grateful to him and recommend him wholeheartedly. You would receive the sane treatment as we got because that’s just who Dean is, a realtor who treat ax his clients as he would want his own family treated.

I have known Dean Bright since the mid-90's when he was in the campus ministry of our church. Back then I was struck by Dean's poise and confidence. As time has progressed and I have had the opportunity to see Dean mature into a 40-something husband, father, and realtor, add these character descriptions to Dean: honest, forthright, sincere, thoughtful, professional, thorough, smart, wise, and practical. Dean is just "good people". In the hustle of real estate business, Dean listens and then offers advice and counsel based on his clients' wants/needs relative to the real estate market. He'll tell you what he thinks and then follow your lead forward, even if it runs counter to his intuition. If you want honest and thoughtful advice in your real estate dealings, call Dean Bright.
