Dean Brown

Dean Brown is the Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Brown & Brown Realty. Dean began his real estate career in 2005 with Keller Williams Realty in Franklin, Tennessee.

Dean specializes in residential listings. He has extensive experience in maximizing the value of a home by managing the 115 different variables of the home selling and the 85 different variables of the home buying processes. He has a proven, repeatable system of selling homes for up to 18% more money than agents using traditional methods. He and Karen are Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Providers (ELPs) and 2020 SOAR Award Winners.

Prior to real estate, Dean worked in the I.T. industry for Dell, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager. He also served in the United States Air Force for 12 years. Dean is married to his wife Karen and together with their son, Landon, and their daughter, Naomi, they enjoy swimming, reading, and playing with their fur babies.
