Having built a reputation as an honest, trustworthy, and a tenaciously hard worker, Dean managed multi-disciplinary teams in telecommunication construction for ten years; the position required expertise in permitting, construction, engineering, contracts, and communication. Dean’s success in these areas allowed him to work with the Department of Defense on telecommunication infrastructure. Dean uses these same skills in handling real estate transactions: accomplish defined goals on schedule, within budget, to produce high quality results.
Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dean received his BS in Economics and Marketing from Temple University, where he played collegiate golf. He relocated to Jupiter, Florida in 2005 so that he could live near his brother, Tom, a professional golfer, and enjoy his two favorite recreational activities: golf and fishing.
