Dean Cooledge

Born and raised in the Phoenix area, I spent the first thirty years of my life in the Southwest before a twenty-five-year career as an English professor in Maryland. Upon retiring from higher education, I embarked on a career in commercial real estate, tapping into my life-long interest in the growth and evolution of cities.

My primary focus is in retail spaces, but I aspire towards commercial development.

Currently I am the Commercial Managing Director for KW Commercial – Gulf Coast. In this capacity I recruit and train agents and grow the KW Commercial brand in the Pensacola, Florida area.
