Dean was always cheerful, professional and resourceful during our long quest for a new home which spanned across the entire state of NH and several months. We ended up in a town we love and with the quiet, nature and spectacular view that we desired.

My wife and I worked with Dean to purchase our first home. We were completely new to the process and he explained everything every step of the way. We always felt comfortable reaching out for any of our questions. Dean made himself always available which included getting us into our eventual new home for a viewing same day it was put on the market, putting in an offer for us at 11pm that same day, to have it accepted the following day at 10am. He was never pushy with any home we looked at and always gave his candid opinion which we found refreshing in this crazy market. One week into owning our first home and no longer renting we are very thankful that we contacted Dean that one night on a whim and I would recommend him to anybody.
