Dean listed our and all we can say is WOW! 24.6 days? he was not kidding, More like 5 days! the day he listed our home, we had 2 bids, then Dawn held an open house, and we had 4 more bids, by the end of the weekend, we were in escrow!!!!! 5 days to contract.
