Dean Hunziker

Dean was raised in Ames and attended Iowa State University. He has been a Realtor in Ames since 1965 when he joined my father, Erb, in the Real Estate company, Hunziker & Furman. In 1995, Hunziker & Furman Real Estate split up and we became Hunziker & Associates, REALTORS. They moved to their present location that same year and have since added branch offices in Ankeny, Nevada and Boone.

Dean's professional designations include: CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage, Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute of Iowa). He also serves on the Board of Directors for: Gateway Insurance, Ames Economic Development Commission, Ames Seed Capital Fund and Proplanner.
