Dean specializes in commercial and business brokerage related real estate transactions, business consulting and has been a licensed Florida real estate associate since 2004. Dr. K has enjoyed a 25+ year career as a serial entrepreneur with ventures that range in scope from the hospitality industry, real estate development, real estate investment and real estate brokerage. Dean has leveraged his operational expertise in developing the Florida market for a national restaurant chain, opening multiple locations coast to coast within the state of Florida. He has secured multiple locations in the Metro Tampa Bay area and has launched several successful hospitality and real estate ventures of his own. In the last 10 years Dean has assisted numerous clients in selling their legacy businesses (including his own) that had been established and in business from 20 to 46 years. Dr. K is also a professor of strategic management and entrepreneurship, and the Associate Director of the Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at the John H. Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa.
