About Dean

Born and raised in Westchester/Playa Del Rey, Dean Leamy knows this area.

His parents moved to Westchester in 1950 and were the original owners of the home Dean and his five older siblings grew up in on El Manor Avenue.

Dean’s love for sales and marketing began at age 16 when he became a “clerks-helper” at the local Vons Grocery Store, more affectionately known as “Little Vons.” The 8 years working there taught him about the benefits of hard work, but more importantly the importance of customer service, a skill he feels is critical in helping his clients find the right house to call home or sell their existing home.

Dean’s love for the area continued in his college selection by attending and graduating from Loyola Marymount University. After graduation, Dean used his education along with the skill set he developed at Vons to build a successful career in Sales and Marketing. Working for the world’s largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch, Dean embraced a tagline from the company, “Making Friends is Our Business.”

Dean takes that mindset to heart in everything he does as it ties in directly with his commitment to customer service.

Dean’s personal life revolved around the area as well. Dean met his wife, Tori, at Saint Bernard High School in Playa Del Rey. Tori works at Covenant Presbyterian Church Preschool enjoys greeting new and existing families educating them about the school and the area.

Dean and Tori raised two children, Blake, and Rachael, who attended local schools and participated in the local sports leagues and other activities this great area has to offer. Dean participated in his children’s school, sports and other activities through coaching and serving on school and sports league boards. Blake attended Loyola High School and graduated from Santa Clara University. Rachael attended Notre Dame Academy and graduated from Chico State.
