Veldin understood our needs and accomodated his schedule to help us in our search and closing for a second home. He possesses great communication skills, he understands the real estate market and has outstanding negotiating strategies. He never pressured our decision making, on the contrary, he was respectful, patient and thoughtful.

Great realtor. Met Dean through a search of homes in cape coral. He taught me all about cape coral ! He was no rush , explained every area in detail . I was amazed at the amount of time he spent with me. I did eventually buy a home and he was their every step of the way !
Even after the close he assisted with blind and fence companies. I highly recommend him.

We have bought and sold 7 homes over the many years. Never before have we experienced an agent like Veldin "Dean" Miskic. He helped us in so many ways that it eliminated the stress starting from prepping the house through the final closing. Dean was always available 24/7 for any questions we had and made us feel he was part of the family. Always provided us with sound realistic advice ,never pushy, utilizes the latest techniques in video recordings/showings, follow-ups with agents and buyers from open houses or inquiries, advertised using a large data base that reached out to many areas within and outside our state, and his negotiation skills in closing the sale of our house was fantastic. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and buying a home during a pandemic was not only stressful but very overwhelming. We began searching for a house for 6 months and after many rejected offers, our hopes for finding a home seemed to be slipping away. Veldin was very patient with us and was by our side through the whole process. Although are hopes were down for finding a home, he always gave us hope. He never pressured us into a home and always told us all the positives and negatives he saw with each house. We told him what we imagined our house to look like and he showed us houses that matched those. Again, he never once pressured us to look at a house that wasn’t in our price range or style and never pressured us to buy house we didn’t love. After many many months of looking for a home, we finally found our dream home and couldn’t be happier. We would recommend him to anyone, whether it’s your first house or your fifth, Veldin is extremely patient and has your best interest in mind.
