Dean is a proud member of the Guilford Office and a consistent top producer. His is client centric and prides himself on providing an individualized touch for his clients. Dean brings an extensive background in sales, marketing and negotiating to the benefit of his clients.

Dean offers a distinctive edge when it comes to strategically and aggressively marketing properties to generate optimal exposure and results. He possesses strong organizational skills, great listening skills and the ability to close transactions with “win-win” results for the buyer and seller.

A graduate of St. John’s University Business School, Dean started his real estate career leasing apartments and commercial properties in New York City. He used these basic sales skills to launch a phenomenally successful career. Dean held executive roles in Sales and Marketing for several Fortune 500 companies including: J & J, Crayola, and BIC. Dean’s broad sales and negotiating skills were honed over many years servicing some of the largest retailers in the United States and Canada.

Relocating his family to CT over 20 years ago…Dean fell in love with the beauty, history, and nature of the Connecticut coast where he is an active volunteer in community and charity events. Presently, he is serving as a commissioner of the Guilford Fire Department and previously the Public Works Departments.
