Dean Pegorari was born and raised in the East San Gabriel Valley and is the great great great grandson of John Rowland, an early settler and rancher of the eastern San Gabriel Valley. Dean is proud to be part of California's rich history. He has been surrounded by successful real estate transactions most of his life so it's hard to believe his carrier did start in real estate. He worked in a family-owned business for over 30 years as an Insurance broker for A. M. Yorba Insurance Agency, which was established in 1925 by his Great Grandfather Alessandro M. Yorba. While in that business, Dean learned that only a commitment to excellence would do to earn the trust of generations of families served.
