It was my first time buying a home and the process was a lot more intense and complicated then I anticipated. Dean Pessin was awesome since day 1. He was friendly, professional, real, honest, caring and much more. Dean made me comfortable throughout this process and answered any and all questions I had. He explained every step of the way as I was new to this whole process. He never had any issues showing me any place and never pressured me on places and respected all my decisions. He did not mind driving a distance to show me homes even if it was just one. Even in escrow, Dean answered all my questions and was there for me. Dean always had a positive attitude which was contagious.
