We chose Dean Ribble after interviewing several RE agents because he seemed to have the best plan to market and sell our house.
Our hunch was correct as Dean far exceeded our expectations.
He took care of so many small details that, quite frankly, were not taken care of by realtors we have dealt with in the past.
Outstanding attention to detail!!!
With literally dozens of homes for sale in our immediate vicinity, he, amazingly, found us a buyer faster than we could have ever imagined.
And his fee was very reasonable.
Everything was 100% with Dean Ribble.
Definitely 5 stars!

We had such a fantastic experience working with Dean! Everything felt simple and stress-free, way better than our first home buying experience with a different agent. What stood out the most was how patient and genuine he was; never pushy, never trying to steer us toward something that wasn’t right for us. On top of that, he was able to move our closing date up nearly a week, which we truly appreciated. My husband and I can’t say enough about our experience with Dean. We gave him our list and he checked all the boxes! It took us over a year to find our home away from home and Dean was with us the entire way. Living in New England and looking for a home in Florida, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He texted, called and sent updates. He answered calls and texts from us at odd hours. Always had an answer for my questions. When we were in town last minute he would get us showings. He would go and look for us and video conference us. He is personable, professional and truly wants the best for his clients. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! In 2004, Dean was referred to us for purchasing a home. This year, I called on him to help sell and purchase another.
Working with Dean was made easier not just by his personality, but also by his knowledge of the properties and areas we searched. Dean’s patience and understanding in a normally stressful venture, his encouragement and availability as we searched, helped immensely.

Dean Ribble is the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. He was able to sell our home quickly and helped up to find our dream home at the same time.
