Dean Whitaker

Dean has lived in the Harrisburg area all of his life. He is very familiar with all of Dauphin County and the surrounding areas. He graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 1988 and attended Bloomsburg University, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Communications.
He bought my very first rental property in 1999 and since then he has acquired 15 more units. Dean has seen the ups and downs of the real estate market from both sides of the table. He has done a lot of the work on his properties myself, including the 10 properties he flipped, so he's knowledgeable about houses from the inside out. You can rest assured that he is familiar everything from new construction to short sales, down-sizing to relocation, investments to estate sales.
