I met Deana when we first moved to Friendswood. We chose Deana when to help us find a small home to purchase for a rental property. When we decided to sell our main home and the rental property and have a new home built she handled all three transactions for us. Both homes sold for more than asking price and in less than a week. She takes wonderful pictures of her listings which generated interest in our homes. In the world of Real Estate referrals are the biggest form of compliments. We have referred several friends to her and she helped our daughter and son-in law buy their first home. We wouldn't think to use any other Realtor.
