Deana went above and beyond to provide us with outstanding service. Since she had moved several times herself, she knew how difficult it can be and had wonderful information and suggestions. We moved from over 620 miles away and, thanks to Deana, we never had a worry. She provided contact information on local utilities and suggestions on local eateries, shopping and dentists. Deana Browning did not merely meet our expectations, she exceeded them and has continued to follow up to make sure we are getting settled in.

I moved from Georgia to South Carolina and choose Deana because of her own experience with moving several times to new states. She was very patient as I figured out what I wanted and needed in a house. I ended up building an Eastwood home and she was there representing and looking out for me through the whole process!! She isn't just my relator she is a friend and that is nice when you move to a new area.

Great working with Deana, sold my house FAST offer in the first week*****
The selling of my house was unusual as we never meet face to face, everything from initial set up to closing was done via phones and or email. This was done both because ware I live and the time we are in. Deana made this a easy process.
Deana returned calls FAST, if she was busy she'd send a text explaining why and when she could call me back.
She is easy to communicate with, had good suggestions and was very helpful.
