I recently had the Pleasure of working with Deandra on a listing. My experience with Deandra far Exceeded all Expectations! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Deandra kept me and the Title company apprised with HOA CC&R's, negotiation strategies and any other pertinent information in order to successfully close .
