DeAnn was raised in the real estate industry. Her father was a prominent general and commercial contractor. Through her father’s construction business and sales experience, she gained and in-depth knowledge of the profession. Shortly after college she began investing in Real Estate. DeAnn and her husband have built and sold spec homes and have maintained a portfolio of income generating properties. After personally building, purchasing and selling property for many years, she decided to turn a passion into a professional real estate career. In 2007 DeAnn began her journey as a Real Estate Broker where she became a top producer within the first few months in an extremely challenging market.
